Our questionnaire asks about the person's personality, a shared memory or story, their hobbies and interests, any quirks or phrases they're known for, and anything else that helps us understand them. The more detail you provide, the more personal and accurate your song will be.

You don't need to be a writer — just tell us what you'd tell a close friend.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order and payment are successfully processed, along with your expected delivery timeframe based on your chosen package.

Absolutely. While most customers prefer to share memories and let us shape the lyrics, you're welcome to suggest specific phrases, lines, or even a title you'd love included — just add this to the relevant section of the questionnaire.

If you're unsure which would suit the person best, let us know a little about their taste in music and we can advise.

Every detail you share is used to write lyrics and shape a melody around your story. Your song is then composed, arranged and produced as a complete track with vocals, in the music style you've chosen.

Each song is created individually, one at a time — never mass-produced, and never reused for another customer.

We don't share lyrics or drafts in advance — your song is delivered as a complete, finished track. This allows us to focus on getting the whole piece right, music and lyrics together, rather than reviewing isolated text.

If the finished song isn't quite right, your package includes revisions to refine it — see our Delivery & Revisions section below.

Yes — our questionnaire includes an option to specify your preference for the vocal style, and we'll do our best to match it to suit the song and occasion.

Your finished song is delivered as a high quality MP3 file, sent directly to the email address you provide at checkout. This can be played on any device, shared with family, burned to a CD, or used however you'd like.

All three packages result in a complete, fully produced original song — there's no "lesser" version. The differences come down to delivery time, the number of revisions included, and extras like printable or frameable lyric sheets.

We don't run regular sales or discount codes — our pricing reflects the time and care that goes into every song, every time. From time to time we may run a genuinely limited founding or early-access offer, which will always be clearly marked on our site.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, supporting major debit and credit cards. You'll be guided to a secure payment page once you've completed your order details.

Our prices are shown as the total amount you'll pay — there are no hidden fees added at checkout.

This depends on your chosen package: Essential within 3 days, Signature within 48 hours, and Prestige within 24 hours. Timeframes begin once your order and questionnaire are fully submitted and payment is confirmed.

Every package includes at least one round of revisions, so we can adjust elements like lyrics, tone, or specific details to better match what you had in mind. Signature includes 2 rounds, and Prestige includes 5 rounds.

To request a revision, simply reply to your delivery email with your feedback, and we'll work with you to refine the song within your package's allowance.

If you'd like further changes beyond your package's included revisions, additional revision rounds can be purchased separately. Get in touch and we'll let you know the cost for your specific request.

Because each song is custom-made specifically for you, we're not able to offer refunds once a song has been delivered. We're committed to working with you through your included revisions to get the song right. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

If you spot an error shortly after submitting, email us straight away at hello@lastinglyrics.co.uk and we'll do our best to update it before production begins. Once production has started, corrections may need to be handled as part of your included revisions.

Choose the package with a delivery time that works for your date, and mention the occasion date in your questionnaire. While we can't guarantee early delivery outside of package timeframes, we'll always do what we can to help, especially for Prestige orders.

No. Your song is created exclusively for you and is never uploaded to any streaming platform, sold, or shared with anyone else. It belongs to you alone.

Of course — once delivered, the song is yours to enjoy and share however you like, whether that's playing it at an event, sending it to family, or posting it on your own social media.

The details you share are used solely to create your song. We take privacy seriously — full details on what we collect, how it's used, and your rights are available in our Privacy Policy.

That's entirely up to you — many customers keep it as a surprise for a special occasion, while others involve the recipient from the start. We send all communications to the email address provided at checkout, so you're in control of who knows.

Our Prestige package offers 24-hour delivery with priority production, which may help if you're working to a tight date. Please mention your timeframe in the questionnaire and we'll do everything we can to support you.
