Once you've placed your order, you'll be sent our questionnaire — the heart of everything we create. It's designed to draw out the details that matter: their personality, your memories together, the phrases they use, the things that make them laugh, the moments you'd never want to forget.
There are no wrong answers and no word limits. Many people find themselves writing more than they expected — that's exactly what we hope for. You can take as long as you need before submitting.
A style that fits who they are
As part of your order, you'll choose a musical style — from sweeping ballads and warm acoustic folk to upbeat pop, soulful R&B, or something more dramatic like musical theatre. We produce across twelve distinct genres, all with full vocals.
Not sure what to pick? That's completely fine. You can include a note about the mood or feeling you're after, and we'll make sure the production matches. We can also guide you if you'd like a recommendation based on the occasion.
Every detail goes into the song
Once your questionnaire is received, production begins. Your song is composed, arranged and produced entirely from your story — the lyrics are written around the specific details you've shared, not adapted from a template or filled in around a generic structure.
Nothing is reused between orders. Every melody, every lyric, every vocal arrangement is created from scratch for the person it's about. This is why our delivery times are what they are — the work takes the time it takes.
Your song, in your inbox
Your finished song arrives as a high quality MP3 by email, within your chosen package's timeframe. You'll also receive a note about what inspired certain creative choices — it helps you understand what's in the song and why.
Every package includes at least one round of revisions, so if something doesn't feel quite right — a name, a lyric, the tone — just reply to the delivery email and we'll refine it. Signature includes two rounds, and Prestige includes five.
